My name is Shante' Johnson

I am a Forclosure Consultant with Consolidated Sloutions Group LLC.  I reside in Atlanta Ga. but am from Los Angeles Ca. and still do bz there.  We are licensed to do bz in 43+ states.

 I strive to help my clients in the save or sell their homes. I want your home selling or keeping process whether it be your first or your 10th to be informative, lucrative, and mostly non-stressful.

I was stuck doing what wasn't making me happy or keeping me interested, I woke up and had grown out of that old me.  I needed a new start, and realized real estate was a lucrative and stable business, meaning, it's not going anywhere, people will always need real estate of some sort, which in turn means they are funding needs.  Most people don't just have $100,000 to $200,000 sitting around to go buy a house.  They need funding, and that is where I come in.

 I have researched the business and industry, spoken with unhappy and dissatisfied lending customers of other companies, and have discovered what has upset these folks the most so I can better help my clients, by being compassionate, listening with a open ear AND heart to their concerns and issues, and help them to resolve those issues and concerns in a timely manner and with out feeling like they just finished dealing with a telemarketer or collections agent.
